BHK.ae is an online platform based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in the sale of used and pre-owned mobile phones.
All customers who use our website or services agree to comply with our terms, policies, and procedures.


2. Product Condition

  • All devices sold by BHK.ae are used / pre-owned unless clearly mentioned as new.

  • Every mobile phone is tested before delivery, including battery, camera, display, speakers, and software.

  • Minor scratches or signs of use may be present, as these are used devices.

  • Battery health varies depending on the model and usage.


3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices listed on BHK.ae are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • Prices may change anytime due to market conditions and availability.

  • Products are subject to stock availability.


4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp after customer details are verified.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Full name

    • Mobile number

    • Location / Delivery address

  • Once confirmed, an Order ID will be shared with the customer.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • BHK.ae operates on Cash on Delivery across all UAE.

  • Customers are allowed to check the mobile before paying.

  • If the customer is not available at the delivery location, the delivery may be rescheduled.


6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available across all Emirates.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Dubai: Same day / Next day

    • Other Emirates: 1–2 days

  • Delivery charges may apply depending on the area.


7. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a simple and clear policy:

7.1 Return Conditions

A return is accepted only if:

  • The device is not working on arrival

  • The device received is different from what was confirmed

  • The phone is in the same condition as delivered

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Battery backup differences

  • Software updates

  • Personal dislike after use

  • Damage caused by the customer

7.2 Warranty

Some devices come with a limited warranty (if mentioned).
Warranty covers:

  • Internal hardware faults only

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Screen cracks

  • Battery health reduction


8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Check the device before payment

  • Provide correct delivery details

  • Keep the invoice for warranty claims

  • Report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the device


9. Limitation of Liability

BHK.ae is not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Third-party repairs

  • Misuse of the device

  • Delays caused by courier companies or traffic

We ensure maximum accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% error-free content on the website.


10. Privacy & Data Security

  • Customer data is kept private and never shared with anyone

  • WhatsApp numbers, names, and addresses are used only for delivery and support

  • Payment is collected only on delivery
